WHO WE ARE
Quadrant is Australian owned and operated and was established in 2021 as a divisional brand of Total Seismic Pty Ltd. Our leadership team has vast management and project delivery expertise. We have a deep understanding of how to build an effective workforce to achieve high performance outcomes for a variety of industry sectors and scopes.
WHAT WE DO
Quadrant's workforce solutions have been developed to service a diverse range of industry sectors including mining, petroleum, civil engineering/construction and renewables. We provide each sector with a versatile workforce playbook to fill organisational gaps, manage variable workloads and perform short/long, full/part-time engagements to address specific challenges and opportunities.
